"As long as you are proud, you cannot know God. A proud man is always looking down on things and people: and, of course, as long as you see you are looking down, you cannot see something that is above you". - C.S. Lewis

Dr. Tion’ya Green, PhD.

There is only one word to describe what I do and that is passion! I am passionate about helping nonprofits with a vision to improve the lives of the disenfranchised. Often times, your plan will lead you to your purpose. It is in that moment, you realize your calling has placed a demand for you to fulfill the mission God has called you to!
Areas of Experience: Church management and tax compliance, youth advocacy, sex trafficking victim advocacy, leadership development, fundraising and grant proposals, action research, court mediation and court ordered services, cross collaborations with governing bodies and community engagement, conflict resolution, project assessments, project management, federal tax-exempt compliance, affordable housing, community corrections, administrative appeal hearings, employee development, onborading, and training, institutional abuse director, administrative law hearings, and performance of court requested services.

"If you are entrusted with bringing about change, you likely possess the knowledge needed to advance the organization, and you might have a plan — but knowledge is not enough. You have to bring yourself to each interaction in a deeply authentic way. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care." – Doug Conant

Jennifer Fox, M.S.

As a retired public school teacher and post graduate student in other areas of concentration, I have observed first hand, some of the needs young people face. This inspired me to return to graduate school again when realizing that my gifting could help others. I am invested in researching how to decrease stress, burnout, and barriers for educators within the parameters of education and to focus on preventative programs within classrooms and to provide therapeutic conflict resolution to students of all ages. I am committed to a team that purposes to show excellence in every aspect and make an impact in the communities in which we serve.
